I'm using Paint Shop Pro from over an year now.. its very simple, easy to use and effective animated gif creator. Just google ' Paint Shop pro' to get more info about it..

I tried so many softwares.. Ulead gif animator, Bluementals gif animator, Easy gif creator,etc.. but, among all of them, I like the Ulead one... because.. its easy to use and price is less.
