In order to get your site indexed quickly in google:
1. Keep updating your content constantly. Use keyword rich content
2. Submit to some social bookmarking sites which are indexed quickly like digg or propeller
3. Submit to article directories like ezinearticles.com, goarticles. com and articlesbase.com
4.Put a signature in the forum site that is related to your subject. For instance, you can put signature on indianchatters.com
5. Answer on Yahoo answers/rediff answers and put a backlink
6. Comment on sites that are related to your field but have their pages indexed quickly.
Do all of the above, and your site or blog will be indexed really quick by Google
